I have just updated the website with information on our spring and summer 2012 detox retreats in Niagara-on-the-Lake!
Join us for 3 days of relaxation and rejuvenation in a serene setting. While we will not be having any solid food, our bodies will be given more nutrients than we usually get in our daily routine. We will sleep, do gentle yoga, walk and/or bike, enjoy silent hours, laugh, meditate, listen to music.
In addition we can enjoy facial detox for a fresh look and clean and clear skin, relaxing massages and guided meditation.
We will have workshops on healthy eating and create a plan for you to take home.
